Topps made retail versions of the USA box sets they've produced over the last couple of years - unlike the 'hobby' version, the retail only features the complete base set of collegiate, 18U and 16U national teams without any autograph or game-used 'hits.'
However for the 2011 sets, Topps did add a wrinkle and added an autograph hit in retail each box [still $9.99] - I bought two boxes at Target last weekend and pulled on-card autographs of Keegan Thompson from Cullman High School in Alabama and Deven Marrero from Arizona State University.
